We are looking forward to celebrating a beautiful festival with you in spite of all the uncertainties! This year we deviate once again from the usual spring date and cordially invite you to the 29th Kikife from 23.- 29th June 2022 in the cinemas of Schwäbisch Gmünd. In 2023 we are planning the festival again in March - be excited, because then the Kikife will celebrate its 30th birthday!

The Schwäbisch Gmünd Children's Film Festival will take place this year for the first time. 28th time, although this is a bit of a cheat, because for well-known reasons we had to cancel the 27th Kikife in March 2020 shortly before it started. And since there was no chance of a film festival with several thousand visitors this spring, the Kikife will now take place for the first time on a new date in October before the autumn holidays. The whole team of Brazilkino, the cultural office of the city of Schwäbisch Gmünd, the University of Education, Traumpalast and the festival office is looking forward to a great festival with many visitors and interesting guests.
